Verbal Consent
We may ask for your consent during phone or in-person conversations. Our script includes the following language:
“I consent to receive SMS from Holy Cross Hospice. Reply STOP to opt-out; Reply HELP for support. Message & data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary. Visit Privacy Policy to see our Privacy Policy.
Email Consent
If you choose to provide consent via email, we will send you a message that reads:
“By replying to this email with your consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from Holy Cross Hospice. These may include updates about services, notifications, or reminders. Reply STOP to opt-out; Reply HELP for support. Message & data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary. Visit Privacy Policy for more details.”
Opting Out or Getting Help
• You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message we send.
